Order Processing
Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC has a minimum order of $10.00. None Drop Ship items will have a minimum order fee of $15.00 minimum order fee applied for all orders under $50.00 . All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders can be submitted online through our website, by phone or in person. You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
Pricing and Product Information
While Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or discounted in error, Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase orders placed for that item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Shipping
Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC strives to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping charges are as follows: FedEx List Rate for orders under $100 and 20% of the total for $100-$499.99 orders. Special order items are subject to additional fees. This charge covers standard ground service in the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping, actual shipping charges apply.
Once the order has shipped a notification is emailed to you that includes tracking information. You may also track your order by visiting www.fedex.com. All duties, taxes and broker fees for International shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC retains complete discretion in determining the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
Returned Check Fee
A $30 fee will be charged to the customer for any returned checks.
Damages, Returns, and Credits
After receiving your order please use the provided packing slip to ensure everything was properly delivered. If the boxes were visibly damaged by the carrier, please take a moment to take pictures and email them to
If you have missing or broken items, please report them to Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC to receive an in-house credit.
If items were missing, they will be re-sent to you, if requested, after an in-house credit has been issued (in the contiguous US only).
If items were broken, a credit will be issued to your in-house account and applied to your next order.
If for some reason you would like to return merchandise to Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC, once received unbroken, you will receive an in-house credit. Boxes returned to Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC must be marked accordingly and have all information inside the box. Return shipments to Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All damages, returns and credits must be reported to Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC within 10 days of receiving your order.
Event Ticket Policy
Event tickets are fully refundable prior to 30 Days before the event. If you need to cancel within 30 days of the event you will receive a refund equaling 50% of the ticket cost. No refunds are given 2 weeks prior to the event.
Limitations of Liability
Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Ceramic World & Imaginations LLC' LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
